COVID-19 Studio Policies
I'm happy to announce that my studio is once again open for business (with a few considerations to comply with the BC Covid-19 regulations). I am excited for you to return but want to let you know that things will look a little different when you arrive for your photoshoot.
There will be new personal protective measures in place for both clients and my team. We will be wearing a mask and in some circumstances a face shield during makeup applications. I will also be providing a poncho to wear over clothing during this period of extended close contact.
I will be booking consultations starting June 1st. Social distancing will be adhered to as much as possible, and I ask that clients please wear a mask upon entry into my house. (Until you get into the studio portion, where it's optional to wear). I will be wearing a mask as well until we can be safely apart.
In order to be able to properly clean between clients and still be able to offer the use of my props and gowns, photoshoots will be spaced at least 5 - 7 days apart. All other appointments will be staggered at least 3 days apart.
Due to this limited scheduling, photo sessions are likely to get booked well into the Fall and winter months as I have very limited dates remaining between June - September.
Surfaces and props will be cleaned between each client.
My request to you:
Please reschedule if you have a fever or are feeling unwell (call to cancel your appt.) I have a strict no sick policy for both clients, myself, and my team. Plus, doing a photoshoot when you feel unwell isn't all that fun anyways!
Visit only after you have completed any isolation or quarantine orders
Practice social distancing as much as possible.
Please wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before arrival, hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry into my house.
Come alone to your appointment unless you require assistance, or if you can't leave your baby with someone else. If more than one person will be photographed I will discuss distancing options when you come to the consultation.
Although it is not mandatory, I encourage all clients to wear a mask as much as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance during this time. I look forward to welcoming you back into my studio, and cannot wait to create art with you as my muse!
